AITP Chicago’s 11^th Annual “Most Effective Technology Team Award”

 A Great Sponsorship Opportunity

The Chicago Chapter of AITP (Association of Information and Technology Professionals) and its program partner, the Pan Asian American Business Council, are proud to announce the advent of their 2022 “Most Effective Information Technology Team” Award and are actively seeking sponsors.

This is a great opportunity to promote your organization over a 4+ month period of time culminating in an Awards Dinner where you can network with members of the 12 nominated teams and have your representatives seated with 3 of the nominated teams for dinner.

This award recognizes high performing technology teams that have done an outstanding job of improving the success of their companies’ business.  Teams will be selected for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.  Relative performance will be used to adjust for company size.  Judging will be done by a panel of CIOs, Directors and Senior IT Executives.

The Awards Dinner is one of the most highly attended technology leadership events each year.   John Fisher, a former CIO of the Year winner, will moderate a panel composed of representatives of the 3 winning teams.  This is a great opportunity to raise awareness of your company in the technology community and to network with senior technology professionals and members of the competing teams.

Sponsor Benefits:  

Attendance at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony is limited to the nominated teams, the judges, and 3 representatives from each of the 10 sponsors.  Currently there are 10 judges and 80+ team members representing 12 teams.

Before the Awards Dinner: 

• Your logo on the Team Awards page of AITP Chicago’s website with a link to your website
• Listing in our Weekly Newsletter of Events emailed to 1000+ contacts – PR for 12 to 16 weeks - the sooner you sign up, the more exposure you’ll get.
• Listing is special emails promoting the event.
• Promotion during the Zoom interviews of the finalists – 3 meetings, 6 interviews

At the Awards Dinner: 

• Name and logo on the Event Program
• Placement of your company’s literature in the registration area
• Networking with all of the nominated team members and judges prior to the dinner and after the panel discussion.

Sponsorship Fee:   $2000 up until February 15, 2023;  $2500 after February 15, 2023
