  • Techniques to exit more quickly when you do find yourself in The Drama Triangle

Speaker:  Vicki van Alphen

Vicki van Alphen advises client leaders to prioritize what is most important, build strong teams, and improve the health of their organizations.  Currently, at Info-Tech Research Group (and prior to that, for many years at Gartner Executive Programs) Vicki serves as the trusted-advisor to CIO clients, in a variety of industries.  She also works with individual leaders and team as part of her own consultancy and enjoys helping executives with communications, stakeholder engagement, presentation skills, personal brand, team dynamics, and organizational strategy.

In a prior role, Vicki led the executive development function for the Vista Equity Partners portfolio of enterprise software companies (including Apptio, PowerSchool, SecureLink, Advicent, Allocate, Numerator, Alegus, Aptean, IAS, Fusion, and Khoros).  This included: developing leadership programs for high-potential CXOs, and coaching CEOs and their leadership teams using the Insights Discovery framework and The Table Group models for organizational health.

Vicki is "at home" professionally when client success equates to her own; and she is "at home" personally with the quasi-managed chaos of her two boys and hobby-inclined husband.
