That has been a focus of the consulting industry for the last two decades. However, when you ask an executive what has been working and why or why not, it was proven to be difficult to answer because of issues with people, processes and technology were addressed in isolation. The presentation provides a roadmap that these issues are no longer in silos.
This presentation also includes a ROI decision map between different IT initiatives.
